  • your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
  • your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
  • any claim that your content or activity caused damage to a third party.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Entire Agreement
